At Crosley Radio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home or audio setup, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
